Arizona Governor Doug Ducey to Attend International Water Conference in Israel
Water Resources Research Center (WRRC) Director, Sharon B. Megdal, will speak later that day about "Efforts to Close the Gap between Water Supply and Demand in the Colorado River Basin in the Western United States." Dr. Megdal will also be speaking on "Mechanisms for Transboundary Cooperation at the United States-Mexico Border" at the Pre-WATEC Special Water Issues Conference, Oct. 12.

Clinton Williams, lead research soil scientist for USDA Agricultural Research Service in Maricopa, AZ, will talk about "Reclaimed Municipal Wastewater: New water in the Western United States" and Trevor Hill, CEO of FATHOM, a software as-a-service company in Phoenix, AZ, will talk about "Smart Cities: From Risk to Opportunity."
