You, your students and colleagues are invited to attend the third annual University of Arizona Food Safety Conference, sponsored by the University of Arizona Food Safety Consortium. The 2012 conference will expand workshop attendance beyond the consortium membership to include several distinguished speakers representing food growers and processors, food safety regulators and funding agencies. Researchers attending the conference will have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders and learn of current food and water safety concerns and research needs.
