On Dec. 1-2, 2015, the Renewable Natural Resources Foundation is holding a national, multidisciplinary congress to assess the challenges of managing scarce water resources in the western states. 
 
Join delegates representing state, federal and international agencies, the private sector, academia, and the NGO community to discuss methods and opportunities to sustain water resources throughout the West. Governance and management issues, as well as water transfers, land-use policy tools and future scenario planning will be explored.
