The WRRC 2024 Annual Conference, Implementing Water Solutions Through Partnerships, was held on March 12–13 at the University of Arizona Student Union. This year’s conference program focused on how solutions to Arizona’s water resources concerns were being realized. Throughout the state and region, many in our communities were hard at work implementing solutions to a wide range of water challenges. Attendees joined the conversation to share and learn about how we worked together to solve some of our most critical water resource issues.

The Water Resources Research Center was pleased to have Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs deliver the keynote address on March 13. She shared insights on water issues and discussed water policy initiatives critical to Arizona’s future, and then engaged in a brief Q&A session with WRRC Director Sharon B. Megdal.
