Executive Vice President of the National Water Resources Association, Ian Lyle, will present the morning keynote, providing a federal perspective on water infrastructure. Mr. Lyle's experience includes a decade spent working on natural resource policy in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, including three years with the House Committee on Natural Resources. His experience and current position at NWRA make him well-qualified to comment on national water infrastructure priorities and prospects for funding.
