Where

Plan the future course of low impact development efforts and celebrate regional successes at the Low Impact Development Workshop, April 9-10, co-organized by a host of local organizations including PAG, Pima County, the City of Tucson, Watershed Management Group, the University of Arizona and many more. The workshop will be held at the Tucson Electric Power Co., 88 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson.
 
The first day will be filled with presentations and discussion on case studies, technical guidance, regulations and policy, cost effectiveness, community benefits, and research studies, followed by open discussion on next steps. The second day, an interactive field experience led by Watershed Management Group, will engage participants in learning best practices, design successes, and lessons learned in LID implementation and maintenance.

- Join an interactive workshop led by LID leaders and design professionals. Learn best practices that address implementation and maintenance challenges. Refine your ability to identify LID opportunities.
- Onsite demonstrations and/or a local tour will improve your ability to visually understand design and implementation issues.
