Ian Cann and Julia Denton
The WRRC is pleased to welcome two new team members: student research assistant Ian Cann and AmeriCorps member Julia Denton. Ian is a junior at the U of A, pursuing an Honors BS in Geography with an emphasis in GIS and a minor in climate change studies. Originally from Corvallis, Oregon, Ian enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and photography, including astrophotography, and using his professional drone license. Julia is a native Tucsonan and enjoys cycling on the Loop and swimming. She has four kids, two dogs, one cat, and a desert tortoise. She has worked as an editor/writer for more than 20 years and is excited to join the team. Welcome, Ian and Julia, to the WRRC!
