WRRC Encourages Participation in Imagine a Day Without Water
Consider what life would look like without water, even for one day. The Value of Water Campaign challenges ALL to participate in the annual Imagine a Day Without Water awareness event, which will take place this year on October 16, 2025. The WRRC would like to encourage interested groups and individuals to begin preparing now for the event by taking advantage of the many resources provided by the campaign.
Staffed by the US Water Alliance, the Value of Water Campaign invites individuals and organizations to participate by hosting events, spreading awareness, and reaching out to elected officials to emphasize the value of water. Through this campaign, industry leaders, educators, policymakers, business owners, and local advocates can better understand just how crucial this resource is by visualizing life without it. A large number of resources can be found on the Imagine a Day Without Water website, including social media graphics, coloring and activity sheets, email templates, community signs, and other materials to help spread awareness.
