UCOWR/NIWR Invite Conference Abstracts & Student Travel Award Applications
The Universities Council on Water Resources (UCOWR) and National Institutes for Water Resources (NIWR) invite abstract submissions for the 2025 Annual Water Resources Conference on June 3–5, 2025, in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Abstracts for oral, poster, panel, lightning, and participatory presentations on water-related topics are being accepted until January 29. Undergraduate and graduate students who submit abstracts can also apply to receive travel support from NIWR. During the UCOWR/NIWR conference, educators, leading researchers, students, and other professionals from around the globe will explore transdisciplinary solutions to complex water resource challenges. Registration for the conference opens in March, and all U of A faculty and staff can register at the discounted member rate.
