Carol Ward is Deputy Assistant Director, Planning & Permitting, Arizona Department of Water Resources. Among her responsibilities is the coordination of the Governor’s Water Augmentation, Innovation, and Conservation Council and its committees. Before coming to the Department, Carol served as Assistant Director of the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association, a non-profit association in the Phoenix area dedicated to protecting its members’ ability to provide assured, safe, and sustainable water supplies. |
Natalie Mast is the Program Manager responsible for Active Management Areas Management Plans at the Arizona Department of Water Resources. Natalie and her team are currently working to complete 4th Management Plans for the Phoenix, Pinal, and Santa Cruz AMAs and are concurrently leading a work group and stakeholder process for the development of the mandatory conservation programs for the 5th Management Plans. |
