Thank you for your interest in the Environmental Water Demands Database. This database is a compilation of 121 published studies on flow needs and flow responses for riparian and aquatic species and ecosystems that have been conducted throughout Arizona over the past 20 years and has been updated through July 2014. The database contains quantitative and descriptive information on the flow needs and flow responses of over 130 aquatic and riparian species.  Research on environmental water demands is not equally distributed among species or the geographic regions of Arizona.  As a result, this database is not a complete picture of all environmental water demands or all regions of the state.  The database is a living document that will be improved and updated based on your feedback.  At this time we are updating the database with additional studies in July of each year.  If you are aware of additional studies or have data that you would like to include in this database please contact us.

Please provide your contact information to proceed to the download page for the EWD Database. Your contact information will not be shared.  You will need Microsoft Access to open the file.  If you do not have Access, contact a member of the EnWaP project team for how to proceed.
