 due to the long days and ample sunlight. However, water i
 s an issue for sustainable production.Â This presentation
  will focus on the potential for using algae and sweet so
 rghum as feedstocks for biofuels in the Southwest. Strate
 gies for reducing water usage, recycling water and using 
 wastewater for cultivation will be highlighted. Â  Â  Unl
