Arizona Cooperative Extension, with funding from the University of Arizona Green Fund, has created a summer extern program that provides UA students with an opportunity to complete a sustainability project in their home community with mentorship from county Extension Agents. These projects include a farmer’s market, an urban garden, water conservation demonstrations and outreach about community gardens and integrated pest management. This brown bag provides an opportunity for the student externs to share their projects and discuss how these programs are improving the lives of Arizonans.

Unless otherwise noted, all WRRC Brown Bag seminars are held at the Sol Resnick Conference Room
